That's my favorite question! To book me for your special day, simply let me know which collection and any extras you'd like. I will send you a contract and invoice to electronically sign and submit your deposit. That's it!
HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING DAY?
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
I will usually send along an early sneak peek of your wedding photos within a 2-3 days, just to hold you over until the full gallery is done! It takes 4-6 weeks to complete the full gallery, and I will send it to you as soon as it's all finished.
Yes, I do! Traditionally, 40% is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding day. But other payment plans, such as monthly installments, are available, depending what works best for you.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS?
This number varies from wedding to wedding, depending on how many events you have going on, how many locations are involved, and the overall size of the wedding. However, I always say you can expect an average of 75 images per hour of coverage.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
The prices you see here include my travel anywhere within Colorado. However, I personally love traveling, so if you are getting married outside Colorado then just let me know your destination and I will give you a customized quote for travel.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL, AND IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
This is totally up to you. While I am 100% confident in my ability to capture your day on my own, sometimes (especially with larger weddings and those with multiple locations involved from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception) it can be nice to have that additional perspective. You'll receive more images in your final gallery, with important moments like your first look, first kiss, and emotional toasts taken from different perspectives at once.
DO I NEED A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
That's up to you! If you can (and sometimes for destination weddings this just doesn't happen) I personally highly recommend it! Many couples use their engagement photos for their save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints for their guest table, bar, and their house... and of course Facebook & Instagram! Plus, it's a great way for us to get to know each other, go somewhere special besides your wedding venue, and have a little practice run in front of the camera in a relaxed environment before the big day. I like to make engagement sessions FUN for everyone! :)
DO I NEED AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Absolutely! You can always order prints and products directly through your online gallery. If you want to be sure I offer any particular product, or make a pre-order with your wedding collection, you are always welcome to reach out and let me know! But because I want you feeling 100% comfortable and excited about your photographs before placing orders, you're never obligated to order prints up front. That way, you only order exactly what you want, and know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine-art heirloom albums.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PRODUCTS LIKE ALBUMS AND ART PRINTS?
While I've been in love with photography since middle school, over the past nine years I have photographed over 100 weddings. I've lost count of the number of couples and families I've served through portrait sessions in that time. These days I spend nearly every weekend capturing a new love story, and I'm just so appreciative that this is really my job.
